no joy from maponya mall legalwise service

I'm really experiencing a bad service from legalwise,they seem not to care about their clients since I have a case of eviction of which i thought this time I would have accopied the house that I bought since I'm having difficulty of removal of goods from the premises since i spoke to the legalwise guys in July today we are in October still I'm battling to get in..legal wise guys in maponya seems not to care since they seem to drag their feet with no responce from anyone until I call or excalate the matter..I've been leaving msgs since last week since I was advised an attorney will call me back 2wks ago,still no feedback til today...they should cancel their advert that deals with eviction since its misleading..no eviction has been granted til today from my side..I thout being the client for more than 5yrs I'm covered I won't be having any difficulties with anything that requires thier assistance...I'm not in a good space at the moment since I was hoping to get feedback and way forward with my problem
