No Follow up on Matters, so long as you keep paying

<p>To be&nbsp;fair, I have never had any other legal cover except Legalwise, but I am really disappointed at the way they&nbsp;are handling my matter.&nbsp;</p> <p>If it concerns subscription payments, they are on point. But once you claim and the matter is handed to an attorney,&nbsp;they are completely hands off. They have zero accountability to you nor do they hold the attorney accountable. It's literally the principle of "fire and forget".</p> <p>&nbsp;I have been trying to recover owed funds (only R11k) for a year now. They have not even served the debtor any summons and they are not bothered at all. They obviously don't know, nor do they care to know what's happening to the matter. It's just between myself and the attorney.</p> <p>&nbsp;If you're contemplating taking their cover, save yourself the agony. Rather try others (not sure if they'll be any different).</p>
