No feedback with regards to my case

A opened a case with legal wise(Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Branch) with regards to an ******** cell phone contract opened without my concern with vodacom on the 14 February 2014, since then I have never had any feed back from the lawyer and when I call she is always busy with other clients and I leave a message and she never gets back to me. I called legal wise customer service on 18 March 2015 to complain and the branch manager called me on 24 March 2015, she apologised and said the will take a look at my case and get back to me. It has been a week now and no word from her.<br> <br> I am very disappointed with legal wise, I took the policy in 2012 and it is the first I am making a claim and this is the service I am getting, I regret joining them.
