No feedback or action taken almost 2months

I have been paying my subscription to legalwise as platinum member for the past 4years. I recently requested for court action to take place on a matter. It has been 2months and this is simply not moving forward. I have to extract information from the councilor for things to move forward responses take weeks at a time and the matter has not even been referred to an attorney yet. Case number BOS 795603. Dealing with Xolani Nkosi. You guys are really letting your reputation slip, very disappointed. The wording on the initial letter of demand drafted in regard to this matter was written so poorly by the legal councilor, that I had to rewrite it, they could not even get the mail address correct to whom this needed to be sent. This after mailing all details to them. SHOCKING!!!!!
