No feedback on miscellaneous assistance

I went to Legal wise in March to open a case about my ex landlord who refuses to reimburse me for the installations i have done in the shop i was renting. we had an agreement that i would take back installations and this is in the lease contract as well.<br> <br> understood that legal wise does not cover business cases BUT they do state that they would assist a client to the point where the case has to be taken to court. Thus i expect Legal wise to fight for me to get my money until it is clear that i have to go to court.<br> <br> I have not been getting such a service from Bianca, all she does when i finally get hold of her by phone is tell me legal wise does not cover business cases. She does not respond to emails and she is not taking my case seriously at all. She does not give feedback monthly I have to phone and insist on speaking to her to get some sort of feedback,i always beg her to give me feedback and copy me on the communications to my ex land lord's state agent. last week she sent an email and on my reply i begged her again to copy me on the correspondence. i didn't get feedback in June and July either. I don't have words to explain how bad the service I am receiving from Bianca!
