No feedback on approval of cover

I have an interdict claim, which i am currently being assisted by your appointed Attorneys "Tshepo Masilela". I followed up with the Attorney on numerous occasions who advised that they are awaiting Cover Confirmation from your Office. I do not know nor understand why I am prejudiced as the Attorney has sent all the required information without any reply nor acknowledgement from your Office. Rather what i have noted is that your Claims Office keeps on processing payments to Thanyani Attorneys who never assisted me but rather let me attend court on my own regarding my protection order matters. I had hoped that my interdict matter would be treated with the urgency it requires, but Legal Wise has failed.

Be that it may, can Legal Wise tell me if they are going to cover my Legal Fees or not? My ID is *** Your response to the above complaint will be appreciated.
