No feedback no reply to my emails

I have been involving my legal team with regard to a car accident. All documentation has been handed over to Trevor as he's the legal advisor whose handling my case. He promised me that he will inform me of how far things are going. All these empty promises are making me to cancel my membership with these guys because they will tell you something but they will never come back to the client.<br> <br> I am sitting without a car and the storage fee is accumulating because of Trevor's poor services. now who is going to pay this money if I don't know what's going on. I want to go and pick up my vehicle but I don't want to waste time and travel to this towing place for nothing.<br> <br> Please advise me
