No feedback from the legal counsellor and a stinking attitude from the receptionist

I would not advise anyone to join legal as they lack professionalism and high level of arrogance leaves a bitter taste,they don't give you feedback even after you send 1000th email,i joined legawise in 2012 but I was dismayed to be informed by lungile who that I only joined in 2016 .I had a matter which happened in 2016 which needed legal intervention which could not be covered as I was not a member at that to my annoyance.I have two matters which are still not resolved I don't get feedback.The only who seems to care is Keabetswe who checked on the progress of my case but still nothing tangible has come out of it.I am disappointed the issue which dates from 2016 was initially dealt by Nomsa Phampham,the maponya male branch who was helpless then to Omphile Nyembe to date still with fruitless results.I need serious intervention as I am fed up .Legalwise team don't their customes s best interest at heart.Their advert is misleading as they run the organisation like a ****a shop.Dealing the personnel is a living nightmare.Out of the all the six years I have been with them ,they failed to bebhelpful only on two cases which I needed legal expertise and intervention.
