No feedback from the legal counsellor and a stinking attitude from the receptionist

Maybe I have reported for the 100th time for their appalling poor service.I called the Jo'burg branch on ********** a rude ***** answered the phone by the name of prudence/patience and hung up on me deliberately as I asked to be transferred directly to Lungile Ndlovu who is also not bothered to give me an update insisting on conveying the message of which did not agree to.She then hung up and never answered after attempting to call.I had an issue in September which was moved from maponya,Florida then Jo'burg for poor service yielding fruitless results.Can they just refund me my money as they ****ing me around
