No feedback from the legal counsellor

I am just disgusted at how legalwise is treating as their long serving customer, the complaint I logged on this platform has not been resolved up to now.It pains me to say that black professionals are a disgrace as they don't have sense of urgency nor deal with clients with care and s****.The query I logged in August has still not been attended to date. What a disgrace am busy claiming that I have lawyer s who will step up when the need but it is the opposite. They know when to deduct but without offering any service.Inam annoyed disappointed ,disgusted
