No feedback from the legal counsellor

I am sodisappointed and angry about the bad service and delay from the Legalwise based in Soweto at Maponya Mall.I am awaiting feedback about an issue I asked to handle from June up to now,no feedback has been supp**** by them even when I make means to contact the legal counsellor by means of an email she does not bother responding to it.I called two week's back the receptionist claimed to be having backlog ,and when I called today did the very same receptionist promised to ask Nomsa the legal counsellor but to my dismay she did not. My pleas are falling on deaf unprofessional ears yet am debited on monthly basis for a low class services.Their don't care attitude is beyond me and repulsive,they don't value their clients as the claim to on TV ,the real experience is contrary to pretend to in the public eye sies
