No feedback for more than a year on a case submitted
Ref number 722521 A year ago a had a meeting with Vos Viljoen Bekker in Sucanda. No feedback after a couple of calls. I have phoned again Sacunda offices says they have they have send my file to Witbank ... spoke to Nanto Malasa ********** Witbank offices -Yolande -Manager referred me back to Sucanda. I have send my complain to Head office ref number 23361... on Thursday 01.02.2018.... still await a reply. The case are due to my Late Husband GA Venter motor vehicle that must be transferred to my name with Std Bank but fail due to no feedback or assistance.
