No feedback and updates

I am not really one to complain, but Legalwise is just a waste of time. Most of the time you’ll just do that the work yourself.

I seeked assistance with regards to my landlord not returning my deposit. Legalwise said they’ll get back to me in 48hrs. The period passes I call again, my matter wasn’t yet assigned. Once the matter got assigned, the lawyer handling my case, Camilla Nzimande, never gave me updates. I’ve been calling everyday, requesting an update, it’s either the line is not going through or she’s on a call. Imagine everyday. I request for email updates, nothing.

When I do get a call back, it’s just a generic update that they’re still working on the case. Their turnaround time is just trash. You’re better off using other legal service companies.

So far I’ve had 2 matters unresolved with them. Still, to this day unresolved. Waste of time and money.
