no correspondence

My husband first went to the Legal Wise branch on 01/04/2019 for a complaint and and was assisted by the legal adviser Moerieda Bartlett and there was a response that we had to provide the feedback and we sent that to the legal adviser on 02/04/2019 and i called him after the response was sent and she advised she has forwarded it but when my husband went to the branch again on 26/04/2019 he found out that the response was never sent to the person he complained about and only when he was at the branch was the response sent. Again on Friday morning we sent another response to her and never received any feedback and I called her again in the afternoon only to be told she hasn't checked her emails. Its expensive for us to go to the branch for feedback and also do follow up calls. Can we get someone else assigned to the matter as we believe that she is not committed to this case as there are even roumors now that the works are finished by the company and are leaving the site.
