No contact made

<p>Legalwise is the worst legal insurance ever. Firstly, they have poorly trained customer care consultant/ receptionists and then there are numbers online that you may contact when you need their serves but then, when you call a number you get a voice recorded machine that will ask you to choose one of the option (when you choose to speak to a consultant) then the line cuts off. That time you spent 4 minnutes holding (4 minutes is eqaul to R15 00.00 airetime gone). I mean if the number is no longer working, why is it still showing on your website? </p> <p> </p> <p>I finally managed to get the right number, I then speak to a consultant ( can't remember his name but I my phone records conversations so I will be able to pick it up) who adivsed me that my case has been handed over to the Maponya Mall branch and they will be in contact with me to schedule a meeting since I stay in Naturena. Tell you what, till today, I'm still waiting for Legalwise to contact me. No one has borthered to communicate, not calling nor an email but come debit order day....woooow you'll are so quick. </p> <p> </p> <p>I regret leaving Scorpion, well you know what, I'm on my way back. </p> <p> </p> <p>Stephen</p>
