no call centre

I have been calling the customer care number for the past hour and the number stays engaged,is there something wrong with the line or is there no one working at this hour,<br> i consider this a breach of contract and as a legal adviser you all should know how serious this is,<br> As i now need legal advise and your number does not work,<br> <br> PLEASE NOTE : i am not a customer that just complains i give credit where credit is due look at my history.please can some one call me as soon as possible..
