No assistance regarding insurance claim

I am a pensioner and have contacted legalwise maponya branch to assist me with a case regarding an insurance claim that wasn't resolved .The lawyer told me it will take about 3 weeks to get feedback as he will be liaising with the insurance company.He said he couldn't get ahold of the company .he gave me another 2 weeks to get back to me . I had contact them back and a month passed without the matter being resolved.I went back to get answers in person and was told he is on leave and he will contact me back when he resumes work .He called back 2weeks ago saying he will call me back regarding this matter.I had to resort to hellopeter to help me with my insurance claim and legalwise did not assist me at all.i have been paying for nothing .
