No assistance or feedback whatsoever from Legalwise

I took my dispute regarding an ABSA Credit account with Legalwise as I have a legal policy with them. My matter was referred to their Witbank branch and assigned a certain Nondumiso who requested certain documentation and promised to come back to me. Despite all the information provided to her she does not bother responding/ returning my calls regarding the outcome of my matter and that despite the fact that she even has my email address. The matter has been dragging for more that 2 months despite the fact that resolving disputes with credit bureau takes 20 working days. Legalwise is a complete waste of time and just money making scheme
