No accountability ,Transparency and lack of professionalism

I am so annoyed by this company they do not treat their clients with respect , two of the consulted who were busy with my case dont work there anymore they dont even bother to inform me who is going to take over the case non of my 2 cases that i have with them have been resolved, Since from 2015 up to date , please refund me back my premiums from the date i started till now so that i can get another company that will be able to assist me .There is no accountability ,transparency and honestly they cant even represent me what is the use of paying monthly premiums if they are unable to provide a service .Am so angry and disappointed.
