Need agent that know customer services

I have being calling Legal wise from 8 till 16:00 on the 29 April 2025 they will tell you it takes 6 hours for legal team to call you but that 6 hours past I call over and over agai the agent a very rude they will even just transfer your call while you explain till airtym run out. Different department no warm transfer you have to explain each and every department what assistance do you need and transfer to the legal department or they will lodge a ticket for someone to call you even the line cut after you have provided with your information they will tell you they are not allowed to call back the member. POOR SERVICES INDEED
