Name of body corporate more important than the actual issue

After being a client for over 13 years, legalwise has lost the plot. Emailed on Sunday, no response even till today. Posted on their fb messenger, the same email copied and pasted. It was looked at but instead of answering the actual problem, ZN was more interested in the name of the body corporate and then went on to state that I don't know the name of the body corporate, which is an insult, as how would the name assist with a leak from the flat above and the steps forward as my items were being damaged? The question asked was the way forward. Scorpion however, whom I do not pay any installments to, answered and gave me advice, which Legalwise could not! Luckily I was not in jail as I clearly would not have any assistance from legalwise! Total ******* after many years one wonders about the calibre of staff that they employ!
