My experience with LegalWise after 10 years

Having being a LegalWise client for 8years and on platinum package is with a heavy heart I have to come and review negatively the way I am currently treated. I have a very simple case with body corporate who are blocking a claim from insurance by refusing to release documents saying they need a court order. I contacted LegalWise on the matter to secure a court order. First all they started sending letters for almost a year which for me was just total waste of time whereas the responded stated they wont budge without a court order. Secondly a supervisor to the legal counselor called me and blaming me for the behavior of the body corporate whilst another supervisor said they will refer my case to an attorney. Its been more than one year and there us no progress, when you lodge a complaint you get a call explain the same story over and over, send documents yet still nothing happens. To get to even speak to a qualified counsel so that you can get a proper legal advise is a challenge, you get information from legal counsellers same information you can get from google, when you start needing clarity you're told i will get back to you which dosent happen. Now imagine if this was a serious case with potential for jail time?? With this louzy attitude i dont know what I have been paying for in the last 8 years. The attitude I am getting from the company is appalling considering I have been a loyal client for so long and on platinum (which is like thier premium package). I feel like I have lost twice, money from 10 years of premiums (370 x 12 months x 8 years) and to the body corporate i am currently fighting.
