MY CASES ARE ALWAYS A NO!

I am such an unhappy legalwise client. Over the years I've had legalwise before and I had a maintenance issue I started dealing with while I had legalwise and when I came to them for help they told me they do not get themselves involved in issues of people who are a couple or were a couple. I struggled with that case for sometime on my own while paying for legal wise. I then canceled my policy cause it wasn't helpful. I recently rejoined legal wise and I'm going through a very rough patch with the department of education, I recently enquired with legalwise asking if, should I win the case which the department has against me can legalwise help me sue, I was told NO because this was something that had started before I was a legalwise member. Which is which? I am so heartbroken and disappointed.
