Its the first time in 11 years that I regret joining them,unprofessional and not worth using their services anymore very bad.I had to drive from Cape JHB to try and resolve my matter on my own.it marks 6 Months tomorrow 10/05/21 they are yet to outsource the case to private attorneys.Im thinking if taking legawise to court and are going to cancel my policy with them anytime soon.
