I am now way more than just fed up with the person who is assigned to my case with my builder which is a vert urgent matter, Nomsa Pham Pham, I have been ignored with all the complaints I have logged, and the managers I have spoken to also does not hear what the client wants, I have requested a new counselor to be appointed to me because if it's not children crying or playing and screaming or the line is so bad I can't hear her, then it sounds like whenever I mail her with feedback from my side unlike no feedback from her at all, I have spoken to the accused and he said the email that was send to me and the accused said he has no email that is why I said she must call him and make sure he received it, but no it she gets annoyed I want another counselor to assist me early tomorrow morning or I cancel my membership and I post in the newspaper the type of service that is being rendered to me with this urgent matter.
