Why is it such a hassle if you have a urgent and serious matter for attention and the one who is dealing with it, and is not giving you the assistance of feedback or not even making the effort to contact the one who is doing wrong, now when I request someone who wants to assist and have the competency it's such a hassle, getting a call back takes up to 2 days sometime the only person who ever showed me the competency was reshma maharaj I would like her on this matter as requested on the watsapp line but no reply at all
