I am really so disappointed with the service from legalwise, what is happening I could have been locked up since last week Tuesday when I have been asking for assistance and I have requested for a new counselor who helps a person like she/he seems like they want to help a person currently this lack of assistance is costing my family alot and no one gets back to me, I have logged how many complaints this is utter nonsense, need a high ranking official to contact me not just any manager, because this type of service needs to be looked into
