Misled through legalwise agent!
Good day!<br> I reported a month ago on how i was misled through a legalwise agent namely Denver with agent code: GS1231 into taking out a policy! Legalwise assured me this matter will be resolved and they even mailed me that this policy was cancelled but still did they deduct a premium from my pay for this month! I'm fed up with legalwise and their empty promises! Where do I lay a formal complaint against this behaviour?

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint under reference number 11971.
We confrm that we are following your matter up which would have been caused by the fact that when the cancellation was made the debit order mandates would have already been sent to the bank.
We usually refund the premiums.
