Misdirected company with largely *********** staff

It has been a year since a drunk driver collided with my car. From the initial engagements with legalwise I realized that the process to hold this person accountable would take time so I repaired my car from my own pocket.

I wrote a review about the incompetence of the legal representative legalwise appointed to represent me. Since then legalwise informed Muller & Voigt to jack up their operations - I saw a change even though sluggish.

Guess what, over a year later and my matter has not been rectified. M&V emailed me saying they cannot move on the default judgement because legalwise has not paid them. The loud-mouthed Isabel Mkhabela from Legalwise Claims all of a sudden does not know the process of how M&V will be paid R969. We initiated communicate about 10 days back for M&V to be paid.

I fail to understand how the very people who must fast track my rebate are holding the process. I honestly do not care about the claims assessor, the claims confirmer nor the finance department process. When I pay you I do not tell you about my struggles, problems and processes. Legalwise dont tell me about your labour pains, I want to see the baby.

Utter incompetence on every level I have encountered thus far.
