MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION

I want to cancel my membership. I have send an email to Member Administration and received an sms stating that they will not proceed with my instruction and that I should call Member Administration. When I called Member Administration the phone gets hanged up in my ear when they find out its with regards to my cancellation.
