Matter not resolved

I initially contacted legalwise in November 2015 regarding a problem I have been having with my debt counsellor, til this day it is not resolved, about a month ago or so the matter was transferred from Karin (after about 2 months of initially sending it to her) to Tidimalo whom when I spoke to gave me hope that action will be taken but til this day I still have the same problem. I do not know if there has been any progress regarding my case because there really is no communication. I send emails no response. I am at my wits end as this is affecting my credit rating & it saddens me to have been paying them for years but get no assistance. This is an issue I raised with customer care and debt review dept but none have helped me. <br> This is the 2nd time I have requested for assistance from legalwise and did not get it, I am persistant in this matter because this affects my credit score. I am also requesting for legalwise to either resolve this asap or repay me for all the premiums I have paid since I joined because they have not met their end of the deal.
