Manager pushing elderly woman

We went to the Rustenburg branch the first time to ask for assisrance with our grandfather will, he just wanted to add on. The ladies by the counter didnt want to assist said we need to go back home and they will call to assist. They called days later to only tell him if he cant come with then he should send his wife.

We now came with the wife, just to get dissapointed again by the branch manager this time saying they cant assist started saying that we along with the wife wants to change his will and he wont allow it..

We never ask for anything to be changed the grandfather asked for assistance to add something on the will

When we started asking about his rudeness and why they cant just assist the old man he started raising his voice and stood up from his chair

When we started defending our grandmother and told her to leave he got defensive telling my husband he will smack him. He tried pushing my grandmother out of the way and i pushed him away from her screaming on him to not push my grandmother

That branch is the worse place to ever go

I hope that manager gets fired for pushing an old lady
