LIFE WISE BY LEGAL WISE NOT A WISE DECISION.

I'm not sure if the life wise funeral plan from legal wise is a **** or what since i have been waiting a full 6 weeks since i submitted through claim forms but have not been assisted.

I had to take out loans to try and make a dignified send off for my nephew since life wise by legal wise denied me the peace of mind to do so.

till today, no one has reached out to advice how far is my claim & when it will be paid... this whole outcome and delay that took over a month is not what i was told i'd put up with when i took out the policy & having dealt with the heartbreak of losing a child & having to also beg legal wise to hold its end of the deal in allowing us to give our child dignified send off has been shattering more so when they are not empathetic towards us as their client or our loss.

what i want to know is, since when has it ever took over a month for a claim to go through?
