Legalwize - Bellvile : Waste of time and money.

I'm trying to stay calm while typing this review(complaint), looking at it from both perspective as the state of our country there's a lot of law suits and other incidents concerning needing law assistance and guidance. The problem with most companies are communication, feedback and keeping the client up to date with incidents that being raised.

This is not what i'm getting from the Legalwize branch in Bellville(Tygervalley), being with you guys for more than 3 years possibly counts for nothing. I've not used your services more than 1 (only assisted for guidance on a matter not needing more than 30 minutes of attention). The receptionist(felt like not taking her name as i'm not out to get people losing their jobs) attitude is of what you get from calling government departments, likes of the home affairs type.

My case has been logged om 22 March 2018 and has not been dealt with ever since, feels like I've paid on time all these years for being treated in this way. I have to keep calling the person handling this matter to find out what's happening to my case but gets told they're busy and leave details with still nothing happening. The issue has been escalated to a higher person incharge but this person still can't call me to find out what's happening. Please know that I've wasted my money and will inform people at malls where your stalls are setup not to sign up with Legalwise as they don't care to assist people in need.
