LegalWise's slogan is contradicting

I have been paying legal-wise for more than 10 years now, sent them a car accident claim and now I am told they can't represent me cause the guy who bumped me died with evidence. He passed on during Covid in 2022 and he was in communication with his employer ( Prasa) they even called me several times concerning the claim saying they are awaiting for AR number to claim to their insurance. I feel shocked and ****** when I look at their slogan. We stand for justice, fairness & honesty in a democratic society.
