Legalwise will ditch you when you need them mostly

In December i got rear-ended by a security company vehicle, and having joined Legalwise in 2002/3 , and first time to ask Legalwise as my legal representatives, firstly i went to the Durban branch 320, i was given an email address to send my request. Believe it or not, i fought that fight alone, Legalwise never even bothered toreply even to acknowledge the receipt of my email, except the automated responses, i believe Legalwise owes me big time, for ditching me when i needed them and paying premiums more than 15 years, need to change your payoff line, you bunch of jerks.
