LegalWise - Useless services and any excuse to not refund

Shocking from start to finish. Online sign up has issues recognising banks information, finally joined via telephone 25 August, no confirmation emails received I had to call in and be told I have a member number and after numerous emails could still not access their app nor had I received the policy document I had requested over and over again.

Called in around 11 November to try get legal assistance on a demand letter about a tenant not paying rent and was told they cannot assist as that is a business matter even though it is a private rental and it's not covered something that was NEVER mentioned! I immediately requested that my policy be cancelled and my premiums refunded as it was withing 90 days I was told someone would call me back since then I have sent 3 emails to which the only reply is their automated receipt one and on calling them yet again yesterday was told I was out of the 3 months as I joined in August they will not recognise that 3 months (90days from 25 August is 25 November) I then got a call back this morning about my complaint and this time was told i could not get a refund as I used the service so apparently calling in to be told they will not help but you can go to small claims court yourself is using their service! ******! I have requested call references which they refuse to give as well as emails which they never send so that I can go to the Ombudsman as this is a rip-off it's not about the money people are being sold a service they can't actually use
