Legalwise useless beyond words

I am still waiting on a reply from Legalwise since Monday. How long does it take to reply to an email. This is not the first time that they have ignored my email. Last time they didn't even bother to allocate my query to the relevant people. They never seem to be able to solve or assist with a query. They told me to contact the people myself. Why am I a member, is that not why I pay you, to solve my problems. I'd hate to be a ******** needing Legalwise to get me out of jail. Don't talk to me talk to my lawyer Gah, the lawyer don't even bother to talk back.
