Legalwise useless and unhelpful

After being de*****ed, I contacted Legalwise with my details of which i reported to the police and bank, and asked for advice. The legal advisor was not friendly at all. I certainly didn't feel confident with her advice. She advised me on everything i already did, and said that i need to leave it to the SAPS to resolve, and there's nothing much they or I can do, especially if the person who de*****ed me stole someone else's identity. She only advised me that I can sue the person if it really is them, and the bank of which I most likely will be unsuccessful with. I expected more assistance from legalwise as I am a premium Gold customer, I expect legal wise to take all the details down and fight this situation on my behalf, instead of only giving me the option of suing. Very mediocre service. A waste of money for several years.
