Legalwise unfair treatment of their clients

LegalWise is completely useless and proving to be a waste of money. I have an open and unresolved case I opened in April 2019 and till today the case has not been resolved. I have called legalwise 2 to 3 times a week since I lodged the claim and legalwise still shows total disregard for my complaints even after multiple emails.
