I have been a loyal client for legalwise for the pass5 years as well as my family members an friends I have hardly used there services a week a back I needed there assistance on a matter . the most useless unprofessional service I have experienced experienced.I have treid to call headoffice an speak to supervisor to no avail .i will be taking my complaint to the legal board as well as the ombudsman .My case is a complex one none of your paralegal members in your office can deal with it clearly according to my understanding it should have been dealt by appointed attorney legalwise has failed to do so.
