LegalWise treatment is boring to say the least
I'm concerned how LegalWise is treating me as their client because they were trying to help me with a lightning speed after I came to this platform but all of sudden their dragging their feet now and my matter is not yet resolved. Who's in charge of my matter because I spoke to several legal counsellor from LegalWise and no one is specifically assigned on my matter. This matter started in 24 June 2022 with *** but till now no one is giving me full attention.

01 Nov 2022, 11:14Well I received a call from LegalWise this morning at around 09:18 that took 25minutes & 10seconds where they explain to me that because I lodged a complaint with hallopeter my claim is repudiated and they will advise the claim department to send me an email that notifies me of the claim being declined.
A bad experience from my legal Counsellor where I'm a client. In less than 24 hours after I lodge a complaint a decision is taken to repudiate my claim. 🕑
