LegalWise - THE SLOGAN "GET A LAWYER ON YOUR SIDE" IS A ****

<p>I have been a member of LegalWise for almost over 10 years, paying religious however the service I am receiving is nothing but shocking. I submitted a matter to Legal Wise last year in sometimes and after a long delay, it was eventually handled by Pretoria Officer. (This was after I reported the matter to Hello Peter as well).</p> <p> </p> <p>I dealt with a person by the name Olebogeng Motihokodi, he is based in Pretoria, this was around Spetember 2016. After a lot of calls to Olebogeng, he eventually referred the matter to a company of Attorneys call Lingefeld&baloyi Inc. They are based in Pretoria, Constantia area. I was referred to an attorney by the name of Wessels. I then received a call from Wessels requesting that I should come in to meet with and sign documents. i did that early late Niv or early Dec last year. I met with him and he requested information which I subsequently submitted. </p> <p> </p> <p>I emailed Wessels all the information i had with regard to matter with a company called SM Xulu Inc (a so called auditors company of CAs). They had failed to pay my salary despite that some of their clients is City of Johannesburg and City of Tshwane amongst others. Wessels promised me to deal with me as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have emailed him several time requesting status, even copied Olebogeng with out any success, when I call him he will promise to call me the following day, up to today i have nothing from him. So much for getting a lawyer on your side. </p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday, 19 May 2017, almost six month since i met Wessels, I passby their offices in Pretoria, i was told by the receptionist that he was not in, i requested to meet with one of the seniors to register my dissatisfacton. I was told that Mr Baloyi will see in ten minutes. I waited for almost 30 minutes but he was no where to be seen, i then left. i felt being disrespected and not being taken serious as a person. </p> <p> </p> <p>I find this distateful and borders on disrespecting me as a person especially from previous disadvantage community. I remember during apartheid this is how we used to be treated, no one took us serious. lingefeldt&Baloyi's slogan say "Let your concerns be ours" i wonder what does that mean, maybe it means they take you file and sit with it without feedback or any action thus your concerns are gone!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Anything to do with salaries is urgent as it impacts on someone financial life and burden, so the quicker it is resolved the better.</p>
