LegalWise the DIY way to help yourself cause they won't until it is too late

<p>LegalWise, and especially the Benoni branch, deserves to have their reputation or brand taken away and sold to the highest bidder. Speak to my lawyer they say: yeah right, I say. There is a call centre turn-around of 48 hours, a branch turn-around of 48 hours, and once you get to "talk to your lawyer" 7 days are gone.</p> <p> </p> <p>Add to that a receptionist that is rude to African people (and I am not African so for me to notice that is kind of surprising), a branch manager that can only do só much and legal advisors that know their own rights so they don't get fired for disgusting service levels, and yeah - I can see how that can be profitable for the stakeholders in LegalWise. If you are so defunct that you deter clients from using a service they pay for then it's money in the bank for directors and a bonus for the legal advisors by not having to waste time by actually being legal professionals.</p> <p> </p> <p>LegalWise is milking a good idea with bad intentions and essentially de*****ing clients by collecting premiums on services that they cannot or will not provide in a timely and professional manner.</p> <p> </p> <p>So when you next have a problem and yoinarw covered by LegalWise, just know that you are getting into a fight with whomever is causing you to seek legal advice AND a fight to get a timely response from the Brazen Legal Professional Corps within LegalWise operations.</p> <p> </p> <p>I may as well spend the money on data and Google my way through tricky situations as it would probably save LegalWise the burden of having to do some honest work for billed services to clients and members.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a money making racket - not to mention the cushy jobs for the Professionals employed from our pockets.</p> <p> </p>
