Legalwise terrible service

I would like to express my experience with Legalwise... I am a Platinum member. I called the call center, then a lady asked me to send an e mail to the relevant e mail address , I sent the e mail..... no reply no coresspondance for a week and a half, I then called Legalwise again and the lady told me it has been assigned to someone they will call me back..

Long story short they did call me back and a solution was spoken about, options was given and I asked the person who is dealing with my case to act on my behalf and come to an agreement with the 3rd party who is dealing with my matter.. I last spoke to this Yonela 2021/02/01 and she said she will come back to me.. Till today 2 weeks since we last spoke there has been no update, I have mailed her still no response..

I am very dissatisfied with the service from Legalwise, being a member for over 10 years now.. I urgently require Legalwise to get on my matter as this matter has been escalated now and Legalwise is delaying..
