Legalwise staff member threatening us because she works for Legalwise

It is soo appalling that an employee of Legalwise would use the company resources to threaten other people whereas there are people who need help for real out there but because they claim they work for Legalwise they will show us.

We rented our property to Remembrance Ntshiyantshiya who works for Legalwise, they gave a notice of 1 month to move out which we accepted because there were a few breakins in our area and they tried on our property too. They moved out a few days before the last month, we did an inspection and found a few things that needed to fix, writings on the walls, door..we took pictures. She started demanding that she works for Legalwise and wants her rent by the last day of the month which is the last day she was moving out. We had been told several times how she works for Legalwise and a Wits graduate. We so tried to engage her and her husband, to this end, we have received a Legalwise demand letter that has wrong reference...Her reference says "Lease dispute" and then there's a part that says "Our reference -Missing appliances". The letter demands for R8000 of damages of their fridge which we found was the reason our electricity was tripping. The contents of the letter refer to "our" which just proves the person wrote the letter themselves. No contact number, just an email of someone who they say is an Advocate. Why are your staff abusing their resources for their own personal needs. If this was all professionally written. There are photos, letters, we sent them quotes to fix but no, she knows the law because she is from Legalwise. Is that how the staff carry themselves, threatened because you are a legal entity? It is really degrading the organisation
