Legalwise service went from poor to non-existent.

I've been with legalwise for 10 years and their service went from poor to non-existent. I'm waiting 6 months for cover to be confirmed. Addition to this I have not heard from legalwise for my other matters which has been going on for two years. I tried phoning them on all their numbers found on their website and after 5 minutes of waiting I just hung up.
