LEGALWISE REVERSE CLAIM AFTER PROMISE BENEFIT AND LEGAL DEPARTMENT ADMITTED A ATTORNEY MUST HANDLE THE CASE

I have lodge a labour matter to legalwise more than a year ago. Legalwise has referred the matter to the paralegal services, after that, the legal department refer the matter for an opinion by an attorney. The matter was referred back to the legal department which a decision will be made who is going to handle the case. Legalwise have reverted back to me and informed me an attorney will handle the case. Furthermore, the legal department promise me the matter is covered for an attorney and they can’t do it The matter were referred to a different attorney which I receive feedback that the claim is repudiated. I received a call from Rendani from claims which I stipulate that the legalwise promise me it is covered and the legal department has made a decision they can’t handle it. Rendani blatantly ignore all the claims what they have promise me and the system of legalwise failed me and don’t want to deal how they failed me.
