Legalwise refuses to try a case or assist

I am a client of LegalWise for the past 3 years, i have a matter against and insurer that refuses to pay for damages to my vehicle, and what do you know, now the institute that i contract (LEGALWISE) to look after my interest does not want to assist with the matter against my other insurer, whats the point as we pay for services that are never received, Legalwise is happy to receive our money month after month and when it comes to defending its clients it creeps under the table with no proper explanation and referencing to clauses in contracts, why is hese clauses read out in their adverti*****t or maybe we should make our own advert as to why not to take out policies with them, its been 5 months and i have no reprieve all the time paying for s service that should protect you but it does not, and now that i see the amount of complaints on Hello Peter and if Legalwise does not prosecute or defend my matter i will cancel and publicly humiliate them.
