Legalwise refuses to cancel my membership

I gave Legalwise a clear instruction to terminate my account via their contact page. I have submitted the relevant details. Without a call I get an sms that my request will not be processed and I need to phone their 086 number. Quite cheeky of them. I phone the number and the call gets cut after giving two alternate contact numbers. They suck at helping and they refuse to terminate client's policies. Terrible experience. PLEASE TERMINATE.
